The students at DRPC in a conductive teaching-learning environment develop themselves into quality engineers for being employable. The Training & Placement Cell of any institute plays a vital role in enhancing the employability skills of the students and getting them placed. So does the training and placement cell of DRPC and is fully committed to provide the students with all necessary requisites. The T&P cell ensures proper liaison with the industries and corporate houses in order to provide better opportunities to the students for summer training, projects and final placement.
T&P cell organizes Soft Skill Development Programme and sessions on spoken English and personality development on regular basis. It has also devised and developed a soft skills training module for the students. The module is beyond the curriculum and has been incorporated in the regular time table. The students find this program beneficial in bridging the gap between what they are and what they need to be. The T&P cell also proposes to organize CRT Programme in the forthcoming session.
